We have made several adjustments to our operations to comply with current government restrictions and ensure the health, comfort and safety of our visitors and staff protocols.

1. For now, our operations run for 1,5 hour (90 minutes) each session to give us time to clean the playground and make sure every game tool has been sterilized and/or cleaned for the next session.

2. The ticket price only applies to the playground, NOT including rides (train, carousel, mini zoo rides), merchandise (socks), and F&B.

3. The ticket price is only valid for 1 child and 1 companion. All children must be accompanied by an adult to enter.

4. Please make sure your children and companions are in good health before entering the playground. Our staff reserves the right to deny or revoke access to anyone who does not appear to be in good health.

5. Visitors agree not to hold Miniapolis owners, management and staff liable for any injury or casualty that may occur on the playground. Use of all Miniapolis attractions is at the visitor's own risk.

6. If there are visitors or staff in the game area who are indicated positive for Covid 19 as evidenced by the results of the PCR swab, the playground area will be closed for 3 (three) days and sterilized.

7. Consumers hereby declare that every purchase of Miniapolis tickets means complying with all applicable regulations and agreeing to the existing terms and conditions.

8. For any personal data that Consumers provide and or upload on the Miniapolis playground link will be kept confidential. Consumers also agree that the personal data and/or information provided can only be used by the Brand Owners, their affiliates, related companies and Miniapolis staff limited to marketing, analytics, and providing and administering various services as well as for the purposes of service and quality monitoring in accordance with the Data Privacy Policy of Miniapolis.

Private Session is a play session for one family only, meaning that all exclusive playgrounds are only for Miniaparents families and are not open to the public.

Private Session price IDR 200,000/child/1 hour. 1 child free 1 companion. Extra companion please wait in the waiting room that has been provided.

Valid for all ages.

Minimum kids Private Session is 3 children and maximum 10 children.

No refund after payment.

Try to arrive on time according to the selected session, because the end of the session will still be according to the agreed schedule.

Miniapolis employees must comply with the health protocol by checking body temperature, washing hands, wearing face shields, wearing masks, changing uniforms at the location and disinfecting the playground before and after the session.

Transactions are carried out without cash.

Visitors are required to fill in the arrival form and QR Code when entering the playground.

All visitors must follow the health protocol as recommended by the government.
